This leadership development pilot is designed in partnership with your company to build emotional infrastructure, strategic depth, and sustainable leadership habits among mid-level managers in high-tech environments. It combines psychometric assessment, coaching rituals, and microlearning to align each leader's growth with your company’s five core values.

The framework is built on iAvva’s Emotional Blueprinting methodology, which guides participants through self-awareness, feedback integration, and legacy anchoring. Each coaching session is paired with habit-building tools inside the iAvva AI Coach app, turning one-time insights into daily behavioral nudges.

Participants engage in customized Glint360 assessments, followed by two coaching sessions that unpack not only performance feedback but deeper emotional narratives that impact leadership behavior. These sessions are conducted by Avva herself, integrating growth rituals and value mapping.

Coaching themes include: goal setting, self-efficacy, resilience, change agility, strategic thinking, managing complexity, collaboration, and transformational leadership. These focus areas mirror your company’s values—innovation, intellectual honesty, speed and agility, excellence and determination, and one team.

Post-session insights are translated into trackable micro-habits inside the iAvva AI Coach app. Each participant receives tailored prompts, reflection moments, and optional audio rituals that help solidify new behaviors. Managers also author a personal Leadership Legacy Statement to capture their evolution.

After the pilot phase, a 3-month check-in will assess long-term impact. Participants will reflect on the leadership habits they’ve sustained and how they’ve influenced their teams.
